Managers/coaches may only contact fixture secretaries during approved times.

Issues & Complaints

We have a dedicated Coaches Reporting form at the bottom of this page, this can be used 24/7 and we aim to respond within 48hrs. If you have a child welfare or safeguarding issue, please contact Del in the first instance via our Safeguarding page above.

If you have any links to other resources you would like us to share, please email the club secretary.

Stay up to date

All coaches should get text messages from the chairman with important updates, usually about one per week! Other ways to stay up to date alongside this club website is via social media:

Twitter: @NEEFC

Facebook: newcastleeastend

Please don’t forget to also ensure you visit our ‘Administration page’ to get key club contacts to help you with everything from pitch bookings to player registrations.

League websites

Please use the links on the right to visit your teams league website and make sure you stay up to date with their news and events, key dates and more importantly, your own fixtures!

License

All qualified coaches will have an FA Number (FAN), this is shown on most FA Learning certificates. It is vital as an FA Charter Standard Community Club, that all our qualified coaches are also registered with the ‘FA Licensed Coaches Club’ this is completely FREE to sign up.

Northumberland County FA

The Northumberland County FA are our affiliated governing body, whilst they provide us with details of courses they offer, we urge all our coaches to continually check the NFA Course list to achieve your CPD (Continuous Professional Development) as a coach.

Pinpoint Recruitment League

The league Admin page holds all team match day sheets and league rules.

Default weekend kick off times for home and away fixtures are;

  • Under 9 & 10s = 12noon
  • Under 11s = 10.30am
  • Under 12s = 12.30pm
